Payment and delivery

Order Delivery:

  1. Self-pickup. You can pick up your ordered items at: 9 Pestelya St., Vokzalna, Kyiv.
  2. Courier delivery in Kyiv. (The manager will confirm details and availability of delivery).
  3. We can send your order to the nearest Nova Poshta branch in Kyiv.
  4. Delivery is available to all cities and towns in Ukraine via Nova Poshta, Intime, Autolux.
  5. International delivery via “Nova Poshta.”

You can check the list of Nova Poshta branches, working hours, addresses, delivery times, and contact numbers on their website.

After sending your order, we will provide you with the parcel declaration number (required to receive your order) by phone.

Nova Poshta will notify you via SMS when the item is ready for pickup at your selected branch. You can also check the delivery status yourself using the declaration number by calling your local branch or tracking it on the website.

Tools (goods) that are delivered by mutual agreement as a custom order from warehouses in other countries are non-returnable. Before shipment, we inspect each tool for quality, working condition, and compliance. Therefore, it is not possible to simply change your mind. All customs duties, delivery costs, and logistics services are paid for the goods. Therefore, please appreciate our work in providing individual delivery of goods for you.

Delivery Times:

  1. Self-pickup: on the day of the order.
  2. Courier delivery:
    • Same-day delivery: from 2 hours after ordering.
    • Next-day delivery.
  3. Across Ukraine via Nova Poshta: next day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM.

Payment Options:

  • Payment to a PrivatBank card
  • Payment to Visa/MasterCard
  • Cashless transfer
  • Payment to the company’s bank account (with or without VAT)
  • Cash

Payment upon receipt at Nova Poshta (Cash on Delivery via Intime or Autolux).

  1. Payment to the company’s bank account (after the manager confirms the product is in stock, an invoice with bank details will be issued).
  2. Payment to a PrivatBank card (after the manager confirms product availability, the card number will be provided).
  3. Payment upon receiving the product at the nearest Nova Poshta branch (after the manager confirms product availability, the parcel declaration number will be provided).

You pay for the order upon receipt at Nova Poshta, Intime, or Autolux.

Note: When purchasing discounted products or using installment payment, gifts are not included in the package.
