Can I exchange or return a product?
You can exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of purchase. This right is guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law.
To return or exchange a product in accordance with the consumer protection law, please ensure that:
- the product has not been used and shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, software has not been modified, etc.;
- the product is complete and the packaging integrity is intact;
- all labels and factory markings are preserved.
Exchange or return of a product of inadequate quality is carried out only with a report/act from an authorized service center of the manufacturer confirming the defect of the product purchased by the consumer. In other cases, products of inadequate quality are not accepted for exchange or return.
Additionally, to return a product, you need to submit an official request, in which you clearly describe the reason for the return or exchange, and provide the model, serial number, and the date and time of purchase.
